Notifications are how you hear about a published schedule, an approved request, or a new announcement without opening the app.
Turn them on
TetBee asks during setup — at Turn on notifications, choose to allow them. If you tapped No, thanks at the time, you can still enable them from your phone’s settings for TetBee.
If you’re not getting them
Check in this order:
- Notifications are allowed for TetBee in your phone’s system settings.
- You’re signed in to the right workplace.
- The chat or announcement isn’t muted — a muted chat room stays silent on purpose.
- Your phone isn’t in a focus or do-not-disturb mode.
If everything above looks right and you still hear nothing, tell your manager so they can check with us.
