A handbook is the training your workplace put together — how things are done, in the order you need it. You do it in the app, at your own pace.
Find it
Assigned handbooks show up on your home screen while you’re still working through them. My handbooks has all of them, finished ones included.
Each one shows how far you’ve got, and the due date if your manager set one.
Work through it
A handbook is a series of steps. You finish one before the next opens, so you can stop after a step and pick it up later without losing your place.
Inside a step are blocks — something to read, a photo, a video, a file, a quiz or a checklist. Confirm each one:
- Text, photo, file — confirm once you’ve read it.
- Video — play it, then confirm.
- Quiz with answer choices — choose the right answer. A wrong pick says so right away, so you can try again.
- Written question — type your answer and submit. There’s no right or wrong here; a manager reads it afterwards.
- Checklist — tick every item.
Blocks inside a step can be done in any order. If a step asks you to retake its quiz, only the quiz resets — you don’t redo the rest.
When you’re done
The handbook is marked completed and your manager is told.
If you answered written questions, it shows as awaiting review until a manager has read them. Nothing is required from you at that point.
