Copy last week's schedule

ManagerUpdated July 27, 2026

Reuse a week you've already built instead of starting the next one from an empty table.

If your weeks look similar, copy one forward and adjust the differences.

Copy a week

  1. Open Copy Schedule.
  2. Choose a source week and destination week.
  3. Select the cells you want to bring over — you don’t have to copy the whole week.
  4. Confirm. TetBee tells you how many schedule cells were copied.

What to watch for

  • Copying doesn’t publish. The destination week still needs to be published before your team sees it.
  • Check the destination week for time off and availability that didn’t exist in the source week. The table flags conflicts, but it won’t silently drop them for you.
  • Shifts that were already signed out in the source week are handled separately from ordinary shifts — read the notice shown after copying.

Once the week looks right: Publish a schedule.
